Rebirth was recalled via Universal Motown and UMGD but roughly one million units were manufactured and about one-third were shipped to accounts when the decision was made to pull "Rebirth" from the schedule, sources say. While its known that the album has been delayed to allow for proper set-up, some sources indicate that the album may be worked on some more, possibly with new tracks being added.

DR. Dre's upcoming album has been uploaded to the web many times. So why sharing it with you once again? Cause every "leak" has been proved to be fakes. We've GOT THE REAL THING!!!
Yes, the cover above is fake but the MP3s aren't. Their not the best quality, 128kbit/s MP3s but it's way better than nothing... How come we've got the album? Cause it has been complete for some time now, Dre and the label wanted to push the release after Relapse and 50 cents crap. This is ripped from a promo.

Outkast - 10 The Hard Way

The album that was cancled and set aside back in 2005 has now surfaced on the net. The quality isn't very high and it could possibly be a fake. There are five tracks (out of ten listed) that are 160kbit/s MP3s but they are transcoded to hell and back. This could also be tracks lifted from Big boys coming album, Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. I have no idea, I lost track of Outkast years ago since I didn't like their latest one.
